About El
El has worked in leadership using serendipitous support alongside established systems for over 40 years, taking some extraordinary opportunities on the world stage to elite successes including performances at Montreux, leading stem cell research at conception and supporting the Churchill Scholarship for a leading director, as well as handling gun-toting angry youths and hostile environments with strangely inexplicable ease.
After spending a wonderful week with Minmia (Aboriginal senior woman, educator and healer who carries the traditional lore of the Wirradjirri people) she realised how important ritual and harmony with the rhythms of nature and cycles are for health, self-respect and, most importantly, certainty. That by agreeing to be our true selves and part of the systems-of-life we gain the ability to enjoy success in an empowered way, minus the force of will and rush of panic to make things happen!
And, with the knowledge of the importance and essential nature of our spirit, the fire that drives us and the passion that inspires, she began studying the nature of energy flow, tarot, mediumship and the energetic blueprints passed down through the ages, as ways to enhance her connections and honour the possibility of enjoying serendipitous good fortune along the way.
Now, with her ever present and personal drive to be her best self, along with her understanding of connections and expertise in energy patterns, Tarot and the natural power of magical and ritual, El has the ability to broaden horizons and guide individuals and couples into alignment with their unique, innate talents, working in harmony with that which is beyond logic to garner all powers for success across life!
A Story
In 2004, I volunteered as the ED of a team sent in to establish a trauma response unit in Banda Aceh, a war-ravaged zone razed by the Boxing Day Tsunami.
I arrived within 48 hours of the wave strike to absolute chaos, a ruined society, no structures, destroyed family units, no homes, death and despair and complete and utter chaos.
As soon as we established a base to work from, I began visiting places of respite, such as the hospital and assistance sites, as well as the 'homes' individuals attempted to organise within the ruined environment.
The task initially seemed insurmountable, but I had not factored in the incredible resilience and determination people have when faced with extraordinary and overwhelming circumstances.
The children gradually settled, while the women, traditionally the homemakers, found spaces for their remaining family members and the men took action as the first steps towards the daunting process of rebuilding.
I was privileged beyond measure to be a part of something so humbling but at the same time so incredibly inspiring and I gained new insight into the power and passion we have, as well as the extraordinary energy faith and belief unlock, and how they occur quite naturally in times of crisis.
I saw then, how much can be accessed at any time, and I felt inspired by the resilience generated.
On my journey back to Australia, I realized my passion had truly become my main focus—to support and inspire driven individuals who want to grow, take pride in their achievements, and aim higher, to expand their horizons and connect beyond the tangible, with magic and ritual, all for the greater good.
