El has worked in leadership using the divine feminine way for over 40 years, taking some extraordinary opportunities on the world stage to elite successes including performances at Montreux, leading stem cell research at conception and supporting the Churchill Scholarship for a leading director.
After spending a wonderful week with Minmia (Aboriginal senior woman, educator and healer who carries the traditional lore of the Wirradjirri people) she realised how important ritual and harmony with the rhythms of nature and cycles are for health and self-respect, that by agreeing to be our true selves and part of the systems-of-life we gain empowered ability to enjoy success in a gentle and organic way, minus the force of will and rush of panic to make things happen!
And with the knowledge of the importance and essential nature of our spirit, the fire that drives us and the passion that inspires, she began studying the nature of energy flow, tarot, mediumship and the energetic blueprints passed down through the ages.
Now, fueled by her ever present and personal drive to be her best self, along with her understanding of connections and expertise in energy patterns, she has the ability to broaden horizons and guide others into alignment with their unique, soul-gifted selves, working in harmony with divine allies and the natural cycles of life on earth and beyond.
El's passion is to empower those who wish for more, to shine and succeed by embracing the magic of life, aligning with the energies of beyond and marrying these with personal points of power and excellence, to flourish with joy and wonderful anticipation!
A Story
In 2004, I volunteered to help establish a trauma response unit in Banda Aceh, a war ravaged zone razed by the Boxing Day Tsunami.
I arrived to a ruined society, no structures, destroyed family units, no homes, death and despair and complete and utter chaos.
My role was to gather volunteers into a unit to offer trauma assistance to the overwhelmed and terrified women and children of the area, and as such, I visited places of respite, such as hospitals and assistance sites, as well as the 'homes' individuals attempted to organise within the ruined environment.
The task initially seemed insurmountable, but I had not factored in the incredible resilience and determination people have when faced with extraordinary and overwhelming circumstances.
The children slowly settled, women, who were traditionally the home makers found spaces for their remaining family members and men started to physically create from nothing. The initial goal, to create something from nothing, marking the start of the incredible and daunting process of rebuilding.
I was privileged beyond measure to be a part of something so humbling but at the same time so incredibly inspiring and I gained a new insight into the power and passion we have within us, as well as the extraordinary energy faith and belief unlock, quite naturally in times of crisis. I saw the how much can be accessed at any time, and I felt inspired by the resilience generated.
On my way back to Australia, I realized my passion had truly become my main focus—to support those who crave more, who push themselves to grow, take pride in their achievements, and aim higher by broadening their horizons and inspiring others for the greater good.
